Subject: The Amazing New York Race
Hi SMP, FAD, K&C, et al...
My first Amazing New York Race is NEXT Sunday, May 20th. I am doing a buy one/get one free promotion so pass it onto anyone you know who might be interested. It is usually $30 per person and to register go to www.pogoevents.com.
For those who don't know what it is: The Amazing New York Race is part scavenger hunt/part obstacle course and all New York. We send you around the city following photo clues, performing mental and physical tasks to a great prize. It is truly a great way to spend a day.

Katherine and I tried to go shoe shopping for the wedding. The only ones I found that worked either didn't come in my size, or didn't fit right. So I've given up on trying to have all of our shoes be identical. I'm now leaving it up to each person to get their own shoes. I don't care how cheap they are or if they come from a thrift store or whatever. They just need to look like this:
- Black
- Shiny (patent leather)
- Some kind of bow on the top (plain everywhere else)
- Rounded, closed toe
- NO HEELS - they must be flats
Nordstrom has some, and so does Payless ShoeSource. I'm sure lots of other places do, but I've only looked at one mall. Good luck, and if you find some, let me know where you got them so maybe I'll have better luck :P

they seemed to be similar to the fabric of the dress you sent me.
I finally freaking found shoes for me today. They were $40 (stupid) but I'm sick of looking and they seem to fit okay (I've ONLY worn Converse for years and years so wearing another type of shoe is really hard :P)
